Refund policy

All my drawings and portraits are drawn by hand by me. Both color and size are photographed to be as accurate as possible but may appear slightly different from screen to screen. Some variation is to be expected between these one-of-a-kind pieces.

All sales are final unless a piece arrives damaged. As a one-woman business I cannot support returns at this time. If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact me by email info@lovedrawinganimals.com within 2 business days and I will work with you to fix the issue. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of USPS.
